Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel, modify, or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This courtesy allows us to accommodate other clients and ensure that our service providers’ time is valued. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Lateness Policy
Punctuality helps us maintain our schedule and provide the best possible service to all our clients. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to respect our other clients’ time. In such cases, a 50% fee will apply, and the appointment will be considered a no-show/cancellation. However, we will do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.

Product Return Policy
For the safety and well-being of all our clients, all product sales are final. We do not accept returns, as we cannot resell products once they have been handled by a third party. Rest assured, all our products are purchased directly from the manufacturer, ensuring their quality and authenticity.

Photo and Video Policy
We are a progressive MedSpa, and we love sharing the amazing results our clients achieve. Our staff may take photos or videos during your appointment for our social media marketing campaigns. If you prefer not to have your photo or video taken, please let your service provider know, and we will fully respect your wishes.

Gratuity
We appreciate your generosity! Tips can be given in cash or by credit card, and they are a wonderful way to show your appreciation to our dedicated service providers.

Customer Satisfaction Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please note that we do not provide refunds for MedSpa services, as results may vary. Our skilled service providers are committed to communicating expectations clearly and achieving the best possible results. Some treatments may require multiple visits to achieve your desired outcome.
